Emergency + app

This app was suggested as something everyone with a smart phone should have in the “How to” page Using Your Mobile Phone to Report an Emergency. Canberra Tracks

A new site with a new app, and some local tracks and points of interest has been added to the Links page. Might be useful for some gentle strolls and visitation with friends and family over the Christmas NY break.

Free Maps

You can view current topographic maps online from the NSW Govt SIX Maps website. It is then quite simple to copy and print off the sections you want at 1:18000 scale (better for ageing eyesight) or one of the other scales on offer.
